This privacy policy has been developed to advise users and subscribers about possible uses of information collected by us. Should this policy change for any reason we will notify you of such change by posting a notice of change on our home page and indicating the date of change on this policy. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and/or phone and aggregate information on what pages consumers’ access or visit. Also, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect may be shared with other persons and/or companies at our discretion. It may used to help our clients sell and rent timeshare and resort vacation properties, enjoy and take advantage of discount vacation opportunities or other, and to improve the content of our web pages. If you do not want to receive e-mail or phone calls in the future, please let us know by emailing us at info@tboproperties.com and mentioning that you do not want (Opt-Out) to receive e-mail or phone calls from Travel Buy Owner or anyone else affiliated, sub-contracted or recommended by Travel Buy Owner. Persons who supply Travel Buy Owner with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding requests they have placed on-line. Please provide us with your correct phone number so that we can assist you. We will be sure your name is removed from the phone and/ or email list if requested.

Terms and Conditions

TBOProperties.com has granted permission to advertise the property on the internet, and otherwise to make information concerning the property available to potential buyers, renters, real estate agents, brokers and others. Advertising begins once the advertisement has been published online. Travel Buy Owner forwards any and all inquiries regarding timeshare units directly to the owner and allows the owner to negotiate the sale or rental of their unit directly with the interested party without the involvement of any brokers or any commission fees. Advertisements run on 90 day cycles. Travel Buy Owner assumes each unit will rent or sell within 90 days, unless the owner advises to the contrary, prior to the expiration of the 90 day period. Upon notification, prior to the 90 day expiration, Travel Buy Owner will renew the ad at no charge for another 90 days or until sold or rented. Expired ads that do not renew within the 90 day period may have to pay a re-activation fee to bring the expired ad back to active status. Re-activation fees will be equal to or less than the original advertising fee paid for each listing. Travel Buy Owner reserves the right to not renew any expired advertisements at its sole discretion. Although most timeshares will be exposed to many potential buyers/renters as a result of Travel Buy Owner’s internet advertising program, Travel Buy Owner does not have a specific buyer/renter at the present time and does not warrant that any properties listed will be rented or sold within any given timeframe or at all. Because Travel Buy Owner is just an advertising company, and is not involved in the sale/rental, or the negotiation for sale/rental, we are unable to provide you with statistics of the percentage of sales/rentals as a result of our advertising program. Our advertisers typically do not inform us when their timeshare is sold or rented. Customers must be aware that as well as advertising fees, customers will be responsible for document fees in order to start any marketing and advertising services.  Travel Buy Owner is an independent company and is not affiliated with any timeshare resort or rental property in any way. Travel Buy Owner cannot and does not appraise the value or rental price of your timeshare property. The sale/rental price of your property has been established by you, the owner, and Travel Buy Owner has made no representations as to the sale/rental price that you may receive. Owner(s) understand(s) that it is their duty to maintain up to date contact information with Travel Buy Owner. Owners maintain full control of their property at all times and have the right to accept, decline or negotiate any and all potential offers. Travel Buy Owner does not and cannot access any owners’ information, preferences, requests of change, or anything else having to do with the owner’s property that is being listed for sale or rent. Travel Buy Owner cannot space bank, deposit, reinstate points, book dates of travel, or have any involvement in any way with the Owner’s resort. Travel Buy Owner’s duty and service is limited to advertising the property for the property owner as long as owner keeps his/her advertisement active in 90 day cycles prior to the 90 day expiration as explained above. Owner(s) can request changes to their ad(s) by emailing us to info@tboproperties.com or by logging into their own admin panel (if one exists) that will allow owners of each respective advertisement to make changes themselves.

TBOProperties.com may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms & conditions to which you are bound. By continuing to access TBOProperties.com after modifications to these Terms & Conditions are posted, you are agreeing to accept the Terms & Conditions as modified.

Refund Policy

Advertisers may receive a full refund within (7) days from the day their advertisement has been prepared and published on this website. OUTSIDE OF THE SEVEN DAYS NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED. Any questions regarding this matter should be emailed to: info@tboproperties.com

Web Site/ Service Changes

Travel Buy Owner reserves the right to make changes in the programs, policies, content and/or services described on this Web Site at any time without prior notice. Anyone who uses, or makes decisions based on information contained in this Web Site does so at their own risk and with full understanding and compliance of our terms and conditions.
